Just got back from a little 1k trip North, and the best thing about South is no dust🤣🤣. Curry looked damn good. Great campsite, kitchen. Now onto the caravan pick up episode. I'm excited, and it's not even mine...

This looks like a sensational trip with all the lads. It's magnificent country down there. You seemed to have had pretty good weather, despite the odd shower (possum related or otherwise). The pumpkin curry looked like a winner, I could almost taste it. Cheers mate!

Another great video… thanks heaps. Looks like you missed Quininup falls. By the look of the track you came down (by House of Cards Winery) if you had turned left at the end you would have found a really great waterfall. Adelaide track, east of Margs , was always a winner…near impassable in some sections now (heard parts are closed off). Put my 76 cruiser on its side there 😰. We are down there next week, always a bloody great area. Cheers

My favourite place to be. Three Bears is a fun drive. Any idea why it was shut from the north? The northern end has magnificent views, shame you missed out on them. And Joeys Nose tremendous under that cave there.
I think they’re widening the road down to the Sugarloaf rock carpark 👍🏼 it certainly is magnificent country down there!

haha yeah its probably the first time I’ve had it since I was about 18 too!
It was fitting for the trip though, we tend to act about that age when we all get together, and then take a week to recover 😂

I bet! I’ve been banned by the group though. On a trip a couple of years ago I accidentally blew most of the hot coals out of the fire and over everyone’s camp chairs… still gets brought up every time the chairs with burn holes come out 😂

11:05 I've sadly never been there. However I've been the guy at sea, passing by that location, probably further off shore than you could see. Due to Reef & fishing nets in that area. The Cape Crossing can be rough and wet, much like your video reminds me of. Edit : Call the drink Gazolene.

@@WildTouring Where two seas meet, its almost always rough. Tasman, Bass Strait.. I've done both. Both yeah.. remembered for different reasons. In regards to the Possum. What happens in camp stays in camp. Cheers for putting the video up

A random air fryer question, Cam ... at around 1400 to 1800 watts (100 - 150 amps), do you find the airfryer uses just too much of your available battery power? Cheers
Love an air fryer question 😂 pretty much everything I’d cook is done in about 12 minutes, which uses about 30ah, or 20% of my 150ah battery capacity. Induction cooker is about the same.
I’ll generally end up down to about 50-60% by the morning if I’m cooking meals on them. Back to 100% within a couple of hours of driving.
This works great for my style of camping out of the car. This size system wouldn’t perform well in a van or something that isn’t being driven around to recharge most days!
