was a beauty at one time. looks like someone was trying to update it and then realized it would cost 500K to fix all that was wrong with it.... not to mention the ghosts in the basement corner. incredible sadness in that place. thanks for the tour.

Do not apologize. I share you frustration as well. So sad to see a beautiful home in such horrible disrepair. When you have black mold in the basement like this you might as well call it a day on it ever getting fixed up. Its beyond done deal.😢
