I tried MuseScore, but couldn't get it to do guitar-specific notation the way I wanted. Maybe they've updated since then-I'll check back into that. I used to use Logic, and it had a great notation editor, but no more Mac, so that's out. I looked into Guitar Pro a bit. When I'm ready to spend the money that's probably the way to go. Clue's in the name, right? Thanks for the tip, glad you liked the video!
[5:30] ("SPIDER-MAN" VERSION) (The iris, in the shape of the Spider-Man emblem closes around the eye during the Spider-Man transition sound effect and stops as the eye turns blue) ("TONY HAWK'S PRO SKATER 2" VERSION) Tony Hawk (Off-screen): Oof! (The skateboard crashes into the logo and glass shatter noises play in the background)
Cool, I never knew any of this. When Neversoft asked if I was interested in the gig all they said was it was for a Spider Man game. I never saw the actual game, or the THPS game. In fact, I never knew they used it for THPS until people here started saying so in the comments.
I'm not a pianist and I don't know a whole lot about piano technique, but I'm not completely unfamiliar. You might have to do that thing (I'm sure there's a name for it that I don't know) where you put one hand above the other to play the parallel fifths. I don't know how feasible that really is, though. The 16th notes I guess would depend on your technique for doing that. I've seen people do quick 16ths using multiple fingers on a single key. I don't think there's any easy way of doing it, but maybe there's some way to make it more piano-friendly.
I’m gonna get the Neversoft skewered eye logo tattooed on me soon! Thank you for writing this very short but very inspiring riff!
My pleasure. Thanks for subscribing!
I remember the smell of that SG when you bought it... priceless, man!
Mmm, new guitar smell!
You’re part of my childhood, legend
It`s much more useful than tabs, Keith! Thank you so much for recording this ;) Props!
Glad you like it. Thanks for watching!

5:19 for anyone looking for the cover alone.
Wow neversoft you guys are epic!
I love you and the song you made for Neversoft.
Thank You!
Nice SG! Very educational.
Thank you!
That was radical man
Man. You have super-long, Jimi Hendrix fingers!
They're pretty long, but I think a bit of wide-angle lens distortion is adding to the effect.
Hey Keith, what a blast from the past! Check out Guitar Pro for tabbing, or MuseScore which is free but probably has a bit of a learning curve

A free tab software that I sometimes use is TuxGuitar. One of the best ones I've used is Guitar Pro, but that costs money after a 30 day free trial
TuxGuitar, cool, I'll check it out. Thanks for the advice.
Awesome
man the spiderman neversoft logo idk if it sounded a little different but it was a little different than that.
Very cool... thanks for the education.
My pleasure!
