As a tinter I always remove the pannels, not afraid to break stuff. Mistakes are inevitable, We learn by fearing the gutter, get insurance, stay calm and keep practicing. Efficiency will find you along the way!
I put the door panel back on without removing the gasket.... To say it was difficult would be a huge understatement... I almost cried a couple times but held it together... ;-) I was looking at the gasket from the top so didn't see the hooks. This guy just made it all look so easy. Big thank you for the video, I got another door to do but gave up after that first one :).
Literally saved me $170. I needed a screw tightened in the door panel and I was able to do it, by YOU teaching me how to remove and reinstall the door panel. THANK YOU‼️
I just had tint on my charger today. Now the rear driver side door will not open. From the outside or the inside. Did the installer mess something up or knock something loose?
removing my panel because someone tried to steal my car and broke the window, took it to safelight and they installed the new window but i cud still hear glass in the door. gonna remove this panel and shop vac the door
Can you remove the door panel in two pieces instead of one? Like if I wanted to remove the panel under the armrest can I do that or it just all comes off in one piece?

Just started pulling panels and it’s the best decision I’ve made with tinting all seals can be removed in less than 5 minutes if you get efficient

I ended up just popping the top back at the top and using a tool like yours to remove the clips from the seal.

Late response but, it’s only one big piece unless you want to risk cutting it up into 2 pieces and glueing it back
