It kind of looks like a 240p video. I wonder if you ran it through Topaz Video Enhance AI if it would redraw the artifacts as a coherent image? Gigapixel + Denoise has drawn a ton of detail into my 512x512 stable diffusion renders into something I could print on a wall.

I'm still learning how to get good results, the tools I use change all the time, Google collab might need more difficult to use at the end of September not sure yet, I might make a video talking about everything I've learned so far, sometime
