I feel like you dropped the ball on this one. It is not illegal to not pay your TV licence, it is Illegal to watch live broadcast TV and use iPlayer with a TV licence. This should have been better explained to viewers. As for the theory about if your richer you should pay more for the TV licence, that's like saying if your richer you should pay more for your groceries. The licence should be axed and the only acceptable repla for it, is to go subscription based, like netflix. Then they'll see how many people want their content. I do not pay my licence, nor do I watch live TV or anything BBC, a simple form online stops the capita goons from harassing me for 2 years (Not that you should need to do that).
You couldn't justify it if you couldn't watch Netflix if you didn't pay a Disney subscription. The other terrestrial channels don't complain as they are frightened of advertising loss if bbc joined the competition. The bbc should have gone in the 80s when sky took all the sport and film products. Having to pay for a state propaganda channel is the definition of cheek.
Why does nobody ask about how much BBC studios make selling BBC programmes all over world under BBC umbrella. . They money they make should cancel licence rip off
The BBC has become a complete joke, currently I still pay a licence but it is becoming less likely that I will in the future. I never watch the BBC now unless under very extreme circumstances.
It’s so annoying, none of these people know about the license fee and what it entails please get some one on that dose Most of what they say is like the bbc info incorrect

It's a tax not a fee and no longer represents the British people. There's no impartiality at the BBC
people should not be forced to pay a TV licence
You couldn't justify it if you couldn't watch Netflix if you didn't pay a Disney subscription. The other terrestrial channels don't complain as they are frightened of advertising loss if bbc joined the competition. The bbc should have gone in the 80s when sky took all the sport and film products. Having to pay for a state propaganda channel is the definition of cheek.
IF THATS THE CASE YOU THINK ITS WORTH IT WHY WONT THEY GO LIKE NETFLIX AND SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE WANT TO WATCH IT
The BBC should be made a subsription channel
If this does not stop the lemmings, then nothing will.
Why does nobody ask about how much BBC studios make selling BBC programmes all over world under BBC umbrella. . They money they make should cancel licence rip off
BBC stifles competition.
The BBC has become a complete joke, currently I still pay a licence but it is becoming less likely that I will in the future. I never watch the BBC now unless under very extreme circumstances.
It’s so annoying, none of these people know about the license fee and what it entails
please get some one on that dose
Most of what they say is like the bbc info incorrect
Why are people still using TV sets ? Ah yes the elderly, ok so get a new tv set [8 quid] and buy and electronic antenna [ 10 quid] which you can place on the tv. Or does this new technology not exists in the UK ?
Don't worry, you will have to watch the BEEB anyway. GB News are desperately trying to raise money, to keep going !!!!
Ohh 😯 BBC, It’s an mysterious world 🌍 cheesy music 🎶
The fact Peter Andre is a host on a news channel just shows how much of a joke GBeebies is.
GB news is the new BBC news
This is a simple answer…NO
Subscription model, whoever needs to watch can pay for BBC.
They should pay us 169.50 to watch the crap not every body likes that stuff
U only pay for netflix if u want it so it should be the same for the BBC I don't pay the licence fee I don't watch the BBC haven't for years I'd rather pay for netflix thank u 👌
The BBC is impartial, hi, hi, ha, ha, hahahaha, 😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
panorama lied on the Mavi Marmara programme, there is a two part Al Jazeera dissection of it. Very eye opening what levels they will stoop to, remember the suicidal walrus? bwahahaaha
What a lot of crap from bbc jail 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 it would be a great laugh in prison and your cell mate says what you in jail for I did pay my tv license 😅 the bbc tv is boring 😴 and defo not worth paying a £1
The BBC's World Service and local radio stations are good, but BBC TV isn't. The trouble is it's cutting down on local radio. I don't watch BBC, or TV at all, except for Last Night of the Proms etc. when I have guests with me As for the BBC website, I was appalled when Harry's SPARE came out to see his pics plastered all over the website not just once but just about every day, taking pre-eminence over other news to give him free advertising. No, I certainly don't want to pay f or that kind of thing! If its news focus really were on impartiality, I'd be all for it - but it hasn't been for a long time.
Didn’t think I’d be watching Peter Andre and a girl from babestation reading the news to me
0:18 are you sure about the figures … mines dropped from £159 to zero 😂
