Its disappointing that kia chose not to use led headlamps on all other seltos, except the turbo.
The halogen or whatever they are, are very dim.

@@abeloffautogroup Yes I've seen it in person ✋🏿But I can't get it until I pay off my 2018 Stinger, my payments are high because I rolled over 7 payments from my 2016 Hybrid Optima into this payment,So I gotta be patient
Got mine! Dark ocean blue like the video. Mine is an SX-TDI. Will use it to travel around the country and up to Alaska, God willing.

Purchased the 'S' trim in FWD with the basic engine in February, and love it. Has all the bell-and-whistles I need, and gets 34-36 mpg consistently. But I always try to buy the least expensive trim line that gives me everything I care about. The 'LX', the lowest trim line, had AWD and had a lower mpg rating, and also was missing some of the safety features I like on the 'S' line (though I can't recall what those were off-hand), which is why I didn't consider it. Most people really don't need AWD.
That’s the S trim for you! It has just the amount of bells and whistles a lot of customers are really looking for. I agree; I have a FWD vehicle myself and I’m able to get around just fine. Were there any other models that really caught your attention on your vehicle search? - Sam @Abeloff
@@abeloffautogroup Interestingly, I wasn't even in the market for a vehicle. Took my 3-year-old Soul to the dealer for an oil change, and saw the Seltos, which I didn't know existed, while wandering around the showroom to waste some time. It gave me what I was missing in the Soul, more cargo space for the golf clubs and groceries as well as a little more interior room. So ultimately, I ended up getting a 25k oil change. The only vehicle that I think compares in this class is the Suby Crosstrek, which my wife owns. I think the Crosstrek rides a bit smoother, but cargo space is a little tighter, it's more expensive, and the warranty isn't as good.
Curious as to why the gas mileage would differ between the base lx and ex. The 1.6 turbo I understand, but the two litre are different somehow?
@@garyh8512 What I meant was the AWD 'LX' and FWD 'S' trim (the only one that offers FWD) have different mpg ratings. I think all of the AWD trims with the base engine have the same rating.
I definitely going with the EX. But I'm getting the used car because it will save me like you said couple thousand dollars and I don't need top top performance and EX have all that I want. 🙂🔥

Is there an SX trim Starbright Yellow with Black top that includes a sun roof? I’d love the black top with a sun roof.
I'm thinking of buying an SX trim sometime soon, I'll admit strictly for the Bose sound system. I know the SX has a a couple of other stuff over the EX trim but the Bose thing is the one clincher for me. Can anybody give me advice on the matter? Is it worth it spending the extra money for that? I hopped on an EX and yep, did not like how music sounded at all. It is a big deal for me, so much so I'm willing to put money down for it but if the SX is not that big of an improvement over the EX, then I'll just take an EX. I appreciate any advice!
I might want to advise don't compromise I hopped on the SX and like an idiot I didn't try the Audio and just jumped on the EX because it was less money and then I know now that I have to live with this audio quality. Try take a day out to just sit in the SX and shell that extra bucks if you can.
