I've listened to a lot of these audios and this is the first one where the Speaker has offered to bring the hungry neko food rather than just taking them home with them. Gives a more realistic spin on the trust issues they might have from negative experiences. People who take in stray cats often talk about having to leave food and drink out for days or weeks before they are willing to come inside, after all. It's also a sweet touch that she asked what Listener would like, giving them autonomy. Gentle, patient and generous (literally giving the clothes off her back). Would love other parts where it shows the trust and friendship slowly developing as she comes by to bring food and check in.

I can't sleep so i am gonna say a random fun fact: Cats are believed to be the only mammals who don't taste sweetness. Cats are nearsighted, but their peripheral vision and night vision are much better than that of humans. Cats are supposed to have 18 toes (five toes on each front paw; four toes on each back paw). Cats can jump up to six times their length.
