As a huge fan of open source stuff, that's how I found this product. This company really seems like they put the consumer first, which can be rare. I love it, thank you. I'd love to invest without the expectations of profits, because this is the type of company's we should be investing in.
USB+Wifi+BT+PSRAM = A tiny uClinux capable Soc! Seriously, the ESP32 S3 is very cool, and Linux runs surprisingly well! You can even use the ESP-IDF with it's FreeRTOS as backend for the drivers(so you can use Wifi, because the Wifi driver is actually closed-source and depends on FreeRTOS running).
I love my ESPs! My next step is to get rid of the Arduino Framework and move to ESP IDF. I wish there would be more Beginner friendly guides on this topic.
The best place to start is with the esp-idf VS Code extension. Once that's installed, Espressif has provided extensive example code for many different types of projects. By combining code from various examples you can create all sorts of interesting projects. If you have any particular questions let me know

Such a shame that Arduino hasn't officially supported/recognized Esp mcu boards yet.
However, I can program my ESP boards successfully in Arduino
It's not holding you back to program it with Arduino though.
