"Bloody rain is a really special and outstanding song on the new album and in the history of Dust Bolt. It is by far the most melodic song vocalwise, though it´s also a really dark and heavy banger - especially towards the ending. The song was written by our guitarist Flo D. . I remember him calling me multiple times as he had this song he needed to show me immediately on a rainy and pale day. Mentally it was a dark and uncertain time for both of us, which probably made the song, what is is now. Uncomprehendingly, in some ways "grungy", heavy and as nihilistic as it can get." LB

They slowed down and the brutal thrash elements are gone. It like very watered down. I don't care for it nuff said.

Quite a hypnotic video... The music is is played amazingly... And the vocalist is mesmerizing he has the perfect metal voice... I rate the video and band both 9.5/10!!! Awesome!!!

This is my second time listening to the track and I like it. It's a nice contrast to the band's previous records. I think there will be heavier tracks on Trapped in Chaos, but it's nice to see the band expanding its sound. Slow tracks, thrashers and mid tempo songs.

Musically they sound awesome, but Lenny's vocals are awful, he is trying too much to have a good voice and is leaving behind the aggresiveness he once had in violent demolition and awake the riot.

Dust Bolt. I have faith that the rest of the album will be killer. I dunno why people choose some songs to be the representing their albums. If its you guys or producers or what. But this made you sound like Trivium. Not like Dust Bolt. I can enjoy slow metal. But I thought this really sounds uncharacteristic of Dust Bolt. Love you guys anyhow. Im going to wear my album out when it gets here.

Seems like they switched the speed for groove on this one, but if it's gonna be as good as the two songs are, I have no problem with that. From time to time I like slower paced thrash...

I've heard three songs on this album I think it's going to be a disappointment
NIce riffs, but vocals are not my taste. Don't know whether I was expecting At the Gates or Judas Priest for vocals, but I'm just ... meh
Sick riffs! But clean vocal in the first part of such evil song is awful. For example vocals and instrumental was perfectly balanced in Mass Confusion. I hope Trapped in Chaos’s vocal (at all) would be more diabolic than vocal from the first part of this song.

Honestly, this feels like a regression in sound. I’m not sure why some of the new wave of thrash bands feel the need to tune down, well......the thrash and go for the more melodic, cleaner sound. Lost Society did this with their last album and it fucking sucks. Instead of going for that boring cleaner melodic sound that many generic metal bands that are doing it, take that aggression (that is sorely missing here) and take it up a notch, go for more complex writing, add in different influences like jazz, blues, classical, opera, etc.
Sorry guys but you lost me, this is pretty generic and boring. Not a buy from me.
Heaviness takes no talent, same old power chords and dissonant 1st fret chord spamming, this music is really interesting to listen to. The have completely evolved in this album, the music in it is gorgeous.
Check out our latest Release EXXPERIOR - ESCALATING CONFLICTS. It's full of stuff (jazz, classical, opera,etc) but nearly everybody says its too much. Do you get the Thrash and the extra dose, just how you mentioned? I am curios! ;) Cheers
