very nice , i made it today it turned awesome, it works if we exactly follow the steps , but i have a tip the milk and milk powder can be mixed before in a bowl then it can be poured into the pan with butter and cook

I found the same problem. By mixing the milk and the milk powder, before and thoroughly, results in a much smoother dough, devoid of cracks.

This recipe is perfect.. only variation i did was 2tbs ghee instead of 3 & slightly less than 1/2 cup sugar. I also added elachi & kesar. Thanks for this video, super tasty peda 😋
