I have one of these by Johnson Controls, and it has a lever on it that says "Push," but I don't know what the lever is for? Maybe a reset of some sort?
So, if one was installed in an outdoor heat pump, to stop it from working when it's too cold, it would need red and yellow hooked up and set the cutoff to the lowest ambient temperature we want the heat pump to be on. Is this correct?
Hey love watching your videos I've been learning alot. I started hvac a year ago so thank you. But I have a question as to which wires you hook up at the heat pump condenser to the sensor the yellow and white? I have a single stage heat pump that I only want my heat strips to kick on when its below 40 Fahrenheit. Your help would be appreciated as I've never wired one in

No way to calibrate this particular switch? Enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing.
You are correct, there is no way to adjust it back to parameters. Thanks DC!
