Early Morning Arrival At VADODARA Railway Station With A Few Train Crossings: INDIAN RAILWAYS

This was an impromptu trip to the 3rd largest city of Gujarat state i.e. Vadodara. I boarded 12927 Mumbai Central (MMCT) - Vadodara VADODARA EXPRESS from Borivali which was led by Vadodara WAP-5#30045 locomotive. We started on time from Borivali and reached Vadodara late by 4 minutes.
Since this was a short night train journey, I went to sleep and woke up with an alarm of 05:35hrs at Vishwamitri station where the train had a scheduled halt. At Vishwamitri station 22994 Mahuva - Bandra Terminus superfast express led by Itarsi WAG-5 crossed us and post vishwamitri we crawled till Vadodara station where 19055 Valsad Jodhpur Express was seen departing with a delay of 4 hours. On one of the platforms 12479 SURYANAGARI EXPRESS was awaiting departure with a link of BRC WAP-5.
