Thank you so much for uploading this! I need in depth explanations and visual aids in order to learn and you helped me so much! it’s so funny that you use “F off” for efferent nerves, I use “F it, I’m walking” which helps me remember those are the nerves which stimulate your muscles to walk (therefore being the nerves your brain or CNS tell what to do)
