Regardless of how small of an effect +2 SpD really is, MAX Barricade Buddies 2 is a pretty generic passive that can give any Max Move the Max Quake effect. Redlax, CElesa, Melony, and Argenta have it so far, btw. How easy would it have been to tack that generic passive onto a G-Max Sandaconda as well, so it could get both effects? It could've even been part of either of his two uniquely named base kit passives. There are some G-Max units that get the effects of the respective Dmax moves (that they don't have) as well through higher move levels, like 3/5 TRed getting Max Conductivity, 10/5 Victor setting GT on Drum Solo, 10/5 Kabu and GGloria setting Sun on their Fire G-Max Moves, etc. Idk how many other examples there are, but I feel like that's prob the smartest and coolest thing to do for most cases (obv through a base kit passive would be better than through higher move levels, though).
His outfit is easily the best part of this unit (wouldn't mind if I got him randomly through mix after it refreshes again next May). Quake instead of Sandblast is easily the worst part of this unit. Sandblast has the same aoe trap effect as Kabu's Centiferno, so he would've been able to help the same units that want trap like SC Ingo, F.Roxanne, SC Irida, Bertha, etc. The extra trap chip could even speed up his dot (along w/ his sand chip) against certain stages. Other than that, he feels like the most direct answer to the Moltres LA we've ever had, which is kinda cool and funny.
