I would have visited him had I known where he was and stayed if they had let me, a truly amazing human being, gentleman and comedy icon. No one will ever come close as Norman was as my hero.
@@andyaitken4243💯👌💓spot on Andy .. sir Norman was the sweetest man like sir ken Dodd who passed away last March 2018..we'll never see the likes of them again including the late Tommy Cooper ..💙 Mr grimsdalèeeeeeeè oh please Mr grimsdale😀😂😊 don't laught at me cos I'm a fool .. rip sir norm in heaven☁
He wasn't alone...A completely inaccurate Daily Mail story. There was even video of him in the care home lounge doing what he always did best, being the centre of attention, entertaining people & singing away.
My late in laws met Norman on a cruise quite a few years ago, said he was brilliant as a person and had dinner with him. What a talent and what an amazing life, tough as hell and made it to the top on talent.
Wow to be that home owner. I’d have asked him to stay for a month and tell me everything about his life. His autobiography doesn’t even touch on half of his amazing life, yes I’ve read it and yes I’m a huge fan of this gentleman. He was an icon, a gentleman, a jewel in England’s star list and I wish he would have lived forever.
Laughter is the medicine of life. ..... Lovely bloke ! I hope your keeping them laughing up in heaven ! Thank you Norman for giving me so many laughs as a scruffy kid !
Amen, Mr Wisdom milk man and the department store roles were really great comedy. I may have seen him on TV before, however until about a year ago I had never seen a complete film of his. I have no idea why he wasn’t better known in the US the way Are You Being Served’s cast were, Petter Sellers, And hundreds more
To think his son and daughter put him in a care home and sold all his possessions. Why on earth didn't his jobless daughter help her dad, they could have put the money from the epsom house into home care. Heartless , he gave his life to his children they took his home from him. What goes around comes around. Rip legend
l saw a documentary about his hole life couple of week's ago on bbc four his daughter and son was talking about him but dint say anything about that selling his cars and mansion just showed him in a care home in his 90s
Does somebody know the title of the Norman's movie when he is an idiot, but some scientists make him a super intelligent man ? Unfortunately, the magic will disappears after a while.
Norman was indeed a great man that was born into poverty and sorrow, but he pulled himself out of it he was simply an amazingly talented strong and gifted, champion boxer, musician, singer, actor, Gymnastic Athlete and he was actually very very strong physically, as a former gymnast I can tell you he was very agile and strong. I asked him what's the secret ,he said "Don't eat too much, exercise daily and take a small aspirin a day.(which he did for most of his life)Norman in his heyday once had the biggest Yacht in the UK!
What a lovely human being he is..he will live in our hearts forever..stay blessed..Norman 🎉
Loved this man, so sad how he ended his days alone in a care home, what a gem he was, 💜
He's daughter in law adored him!

Levi Macdonald who couldn’t have loved him, truly.

@pattihouston9050 - Not quite as 'black and white' nor accurate, as you have written here.

I do like a bit of Norman Wisdom
I always was a fan of Sally Gray when a younger, she looks so much like Jennifer Lawrence now, I did not realise,
