The name of the Game is Pokemon Fire red and it's for Gameboy Advance, but you can play it on your Android mobile by download Gameboy Advance emulator, the emulator i used in this video is called My boy which works really well.

i would try running, pausing the game while youre not actively moving, or using the bike if you have it. for me i just used the bike and paused while i was watching the video and still had tons of time left.
