You just need to correct the problem at the two plastic exit fittings on the firewall. Pretty easy fix. A little silicone solves it. Also removing the center plastic piece from the fittings is a good idea, although I didn't do that and have no further issues.
I was wondering why I didn't see any videos on snaking the drain hole first. Now I know why. I have a leak on the front passenger side only. Confirmed it wasn't draining from underneath the car. Then I snaked it with a brush tip wire and degreaser all the way down to the firewall and followed with hot water. It started draining great so I assumed I got lucky. No, although it's draining outside car it still also leaking inside as well. I guess it's safe to assume the hose leading to the firewall plastic cap seal is shot?
@@andreys9624 I vacuumed it out with a wet vac and pretty much just dried with carpet with a blow dryer and it was fully dry after I did that. And no I didn’t have any mold issues after that.

Literally having the same issue right now, water under the carpet froze up cause it’s cold where I am smfh
Damn bro that’s crazy, I’ve had this issue since I got the car but never really knew how to fix it until recently.
@@aangel4o8I had the same issue as well when I first bought my G 3 Years ago. It’s a very common problem in the Gs

Also how did you dry the carpet? No mold issues afterwards??

Nice steering wheel!! Where did you get it ?

Good luck with the splicer fitting they probably get clogged up too
@@larrytutino1557 car got totaled so I can’t confirm this
Sorry about your car, as long as you are fine that all that counts
May be a dumb question but where does the splicer go??
I put mine on each Pilar one on the driver side and one on the passenger side
@@aangel4o8 Thanks! so you used the splicer to connect the original tubing to the new one? Just to be sure
@@majrmalik7216 yes that is correct
I’m losing brain cells trying to understand his way of instructing
