I think she is not aware of the data, as even her company, Dunnhumby, or the Big 4, do not offer such averages or even MBB (Mackinsey ,BCG , Bain) also. These CTC figures are usually reserved for top product-based MNCs or unicorn startups. Please don't be judgmental and be practical about what salaries are actually offered.
