It's just weird that he overheard his wife on the phone after that date with Jim saying she wanted to and was going to date Jim again, and next says he knows 'she enjoys Jim's company which should help improve the atmosphere' and next allows him in the house as a 'friend'.
It is said that living a good life is the best revenge. Well in this story OP took a slightly different approach going psycho taking matters into his own hands. Slowly growing out of his anger and learning to better himself that combined with unexpected good fortune turned his life around using money to buy his and his daughter's happiness. Becoming more like the AP who took his wife.
Within the red pill, anti-cheating culture, one of the big ideologies is the notion of the consequences of cheating. These usually involve things like loss of reputation, loss of friends, possible losing of jobs, loss of well-established and secure living situation, and so on. The OP goes out of his way to destroy the lives of his ex-best friend and his ex-wife, but when the infidelity pigeons come home to roost, he basically cushions his ex-wife's fall and protects his ex-wife from "enjoying" virtually all of the consequences to her behavior. There's really nobody likable in this story. In his way, the OP is as much of a jerk as the cheaters and frequently behaves very stupidly, particularly at the end.
He really went overboard with his revenge but I can't say I blame him.
The story became quite comical at all the ways he got revenge.😂

Why would he even touch her after knowing about her afair, this story is very strange.
Just giving like because of the so satisfying revenge
Jim’s car was in the driveway I was upset - really 😂😂😂
Why must you repeat chapters? You need to hire someone who knows what they're doing!

You both will regret today for as long as you live

This story could have been much better average at best
Why make a repeatation of story line,,,so abrupting,,,,
Always excuses that why god created Guns 😂😂😂
would be funny if child not involved
More would be that the child get to know how he felt about the betrayal from them😢
