As much as many talk about music from the other civilizations, I believe the Indonesian one is the most beautiful and yet underrated. Goosebumps hearing this and I'm not even Indonesian.

They chose to sacrifice Indonesia to the feminists. There are a lot of much more competent leaders on there that hasn't appeared yet (e.g. Hayam Wuruk) yet they chose to have her lead the Indonesia instead solely because of her gen!tal$.

ᬋᬚᬂᬤᬾᬯ Rejang Dewa and ᬩᬧᬂᬲᭂᬮᬶᬲᬶᬃ Bapang Selisir are what you might call sacred musical arrangements. All Balinese Hindus (at least those who go to temples) are familiar with them. It’s a befitting theme for Gitarja, because it was under her rule that the island of Bali truly became a part of the Majapahit Empire.
Today, Bali is the only province in Indonesia where the glory of the empire remains to be seen in day-to-day life as the rest of the country slowly marches toward a very different future.

It's sad to see that many urban people are racing towards modernization while forgeting their ancestral legacy. We've seen that over-modernization only brings destruction towards natural world, the only sustainable society that is proven to work is ancient society. People need to work together towards post-modern and post-capitalist world. The earth is dying and we as a species is going down with it :(

The civ. VI brings Indonesia into an another level country in game, where the house is form like rumah 'kabau' in south Sumatra, and some of 'em is form like rumah bolon from north Sumatra, and the music It'self is from Java, same with gitarja.

@christophersiregar2814 the musics (Rejang Dewa and Bapang Selisir) are used in Balinese worship rites, not owned by Javanese, while Dyah Gitarja was Majapahit Reign Empress, I dunno if she could be properly defined, in contemporary context, as Javanese.

It is indeed tricky to know what is considered "appreciation" and "appropriation". Appreciating other country's culture is fine, but stealing it and disrespecting it isn't.
