I miss jumble sales so much - my mum used to take me and my sister to one practically every week in the 70s.
They're sadly very rare in London now.

Our daughter loved the door bouncer - we have great photos of her in it beaming away. Our son hated it and screamed to get out! Great finds at great prices.

We were a bit hemmed in to be honest. There were so many people in such a small room, but the longer we were there the easier it got, and everyone was so friendly and polite 🙂

Just came across your upload, used to love Jumbles when I was very young, my mum was a Pro at them. Well worth a rummage at a good one and yep cheap as chips for great items, not for claustrophobic people, trust me it gets insane……👍😀

I was born in Kent we had jumble sales and table top sales church sales.i now live in weston supermare here lots of boot fares but we have yet to find a jumble sale I real miss them thanks for the video x

Don't seem to get jumble sales in the Colchester area . Rowhedge nearby sometimes residents leave out free stuff and put on fb group

My parents used to have one of those in cup heating elements which they took away with them in case there wasn’t a kettle in the hotel room ( this was back in the seventies. )They also took a couple of mugs and your mug becomes your kettle.

Why dont you pack some bu ubble wrap in your bags to protect the breakables?

We carry blankets in the car to wrap them for travel. It’s not practical at a jumble sale to start trying to wrap everything you buy, plus the bags would be very bulky.
