The WORST Way to Farm Rupees In Skyward Sword HD

The Thrill Digger Minigame at Eldin Volcano is the worst way to farm Rupees in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD. You spend 30 Rupees on Easy, 50 on Medium, and 70 on Hard, and the return value if you happen to win the mini game is not worth it at all nor is it quick or effective. You can even lose everything you gained due to simple RNG that should just be avoided. You can do this as early as reaching Eldin Volcano next to one of the bird statues. This is absolutely not the best way to make money in this game.
Just use the bug method or treasure way. You can catch Faron Grasshoppers and Woodland Rhino Beetles to sell to Strich at Skyloft at the Knight's Academy at night as soon as you get the slingshot and bug net, or you can go to Bamboo Island and sell the Golden Skull, Goddess Plume, or Blue Bird Feather treasures from the mini game to Rupin, also at Skyloft at his house at night. Hopefully this helps with farming rupees early.

I have 9900 rupees and play this for fun. Another good method in a 100% file is the waterfall gossip stone at night. It sells blue feather, goddess plume and golden skull for 200 each and monster horn, dusk relic and evil crystal for 100 each. You have to reenter the area evertime though

My favorite way to farm rupees is fun fun island there is a way to cheese it so u can always get 500 rupees and it isn't time consuming and you can do it early on

I wouldn't say early on, more like during the mid game. But yes! Fun Fun Island is probably the best way to farm rupees at that point if you can do it consistently.

I used to do thrill digger farm was really un even profits and a lot of the times I only got rupoors and bombs literally not even a single rupee some times thx for these farming vids btw found u recently looking for monster horn but I didn’t have the whip since me and my older sister play this game together and she doesn’t want me to progress without her so as soon as we get get the whip and get the flame I’m gonna farm monster horns after we stop playing

It's not too bad if you know the following:
· Green Rupee (+1): 0 nearby bombs / rupoors
· Blue Rupee (+5): 1 or 2 nearby bombs / rupoors
· Red Rupee (+20): 3 or 4 nearby bombs / rupoors
· Silver Rupee (+100): 5 or 6 nearby bombs / rupoors
· Gold Rupee (+300): 7 or 8 nearby bombs / rupoors
This can help you find if the nearby holes are good. Also, you can use a solver. Just Google "thrill digger solver".
