Im a libra sun with capricorn rising and I can hella say this is very accurate haha I have 2 jobs, work out, eat well. Im an ectomorphic build and I can eat more than my friends combined and im underweight and I dont purge either and my work out routines is not over done (which is also considered purging if exaggarated). When you described your friend's eyes and the physical features I almost *entirely* resonated with that. I'm a Libra but also have the same blue eyes with a dark center and darker "lines" with the navy blue band around (and it actually gets darker/black when I wear black or dark blue clothes). I also have bushy eyebrows and pretty high cheekbones, so you weirdly hit the nail on the head with this one.
