I'm a leo sun and virgo venus. I'm definitely a leo but when it comes to love I am the epitome of a virgo venus. its hard because i crave the things leos do in love like affirmation and affection but i approach love like a virgo. I'm very selective and SUPER observant, i'll for real notice your likes and dislikes and take mental notes for future reference. The part about not wanting to make the other person uncomfortable is sooo true for me too even though affection is secretly something I crave. The last guy I was with was superrrrr over the top with it even around our friends which I kinda liked because it kinda gave me the go ahead but regardless I still was never the one to initiate anything. Very true about acts of service which is 100 percent my love language as well as it being the way I show love. Overall I'm very hesitant with love and I feel like I don't let myself truly become immersed in a relationship until I feel safe and comfortable and often times I don't even give myself the chance. Im a gemini rising, taurus moon, and leo mars if that changes anything lol.

Yeah, I used to get that for everything. And then I did less, and then they didn't think I would be capable of doing anything nice in general after having denied me any such chances - meaning, being afraid to ask for anything and noticing nothing of the many things I did do. Or being disappointed I didn't value them as much as they would've liked for things that I did just the same. *facepalms*
Needless to say, it was just a bad match. Now I know people who not just appreciate it, but also notice them : )

@@roe7351 that is happening because “ acts of service “ is not his/ hers love language. Find out what it their love language, how they receive love by asking them . Then you will know . Also tell them how you feel loved , in your case by been appreciated for what you do for them .
this video literally made me cry. I know I'm giving wayyyyy too much to my partner but hearing someone say "they get breadcrumbs in return and are okay with that" absolutely crushed me because its true! And I hate that it's like that.
I felt that one. Once this guy I was seeing drove past farms so I could see baby cows and I was sooo happy and I kept being on a high from that for months afterwards. He wasn’t very nice to me nor did he do anything else nearly as considerate but the fact he took me to see cows a few months ago was enough for me to stay despite all the red flags

aww you had me tearing up. That bit about "lowering your standards" cuz you're told you're too picky combined with being a helper has not led to a very fun dating life. I completely laughed at the wanting to fix things part. I now sometimes ask my close friends if they want my suggestion/help or they want to vent. But even then it's hard because to me the solutions are obvious but as my Leo friend says - not my circus, not my monkeys. I say that mantra in my head whenever I feel like stepping in to "fix" stuff.

As a venus in virgo, this video was such a breath of fresh air! Most of the time venus in virgo videos just focus on it being a challenged placement & say more negative than positive. I love that you focused on the positive aspects!
I'd say about 95% of this video resonated extremely strongly. It gave me a few "aha" moments too :) I didn't realize so many of these traits were from my venus placement. This video helped me like my venus placement more, so than you for the info

He is a scorpio sun and the combination of water which I don't have and his Virgo makes exactly what I need! Best Venus Virgo video I have ever seen, I loved this so much!! Scorpio Rising, Leo Sun, Aquarius Moon, Venus Virgo and Mars in Cancer, I have my hands full lol. I love that you mentioned intentional and selective which hits the nail on the head with Venus Virgo. I do have a check list for people, places, and things because I don't want to waste my time, deal with BS or waste someone else's time. I watch everyone and everything like a hawk and if my Scorpio BS detector doesn't go off, then my Virgo will. If both go off then it's a done deal. A motto that I adopted, after learning the lesson, is "I am not here to be your mama." And, yes, actions speak so much louder than words!

The guy im in love with is a venus in virgo and leo sun, I'm a venus in Sagittarius and Capricorn sun and let me tell you, he is so so attentive to things i do and say. He remembers things I've forgotten from months ago and only really stares at me when I'm not looking, otherwise he looks away and doesn't really hold long eye contact much. Literally he reminds me of a hawk's eye lol, he is so so sweet too and always says goodnight with a heart. The only difficult thing at the moment is physical affection like holding hands and kisses. He is kind of a swift walker but he'll walk slowly when I'm around, it's adorable really.

I'm a Virgo man with a Leo woman and it kind of works because she makes me feel so great and get out of my head. She also is helping with building my self esteem because she loves unconditionally and makes me feel good about myself. Lol I really don't know why she loves me, she says I'm a good father and that is maybe a Virgo trait I know a few Virgos that are really good with kids. That I also read Virgos are childlike because the sign Virgo is like a Virgin. So maybe Virgo is not as emotionally mature as the other signs, but kids generally understand us and we understand them lol.

Venus in Virgo here and I just went through a situation with a guy and did some of the things you listed. He wasn't in the best conditions and I felt bad for being picky about it and almost... ALMOST let it slide and took him on. He wasn't fully assembled like you said. Luckily I reminded myself that it wouldn't end well if I went through with all this and I ended up letting that guy completely go...I'm glad I did and remembered who I am 🙂

Interesting contrast here. Words of affirmation is huge for me, and my partner's love language he communicates with me with is Acts of Service--so I always crave the verbal confirmation of his feelings, but when I stop to look at the little actions he does for me, I see that's his way of saying "I love you." I also feel natural to emote with Acts of Service though. Perhaps that's something I attracted as a Venus in Virgo as opposed to it being my love language? Again, very interesting video!
