This is so relatable. I remember being in at University way back when and having my love of learning temporarily squashed when there was too much stress in my life. Breakups and toxic relationships, trying to find yourself again, reconnecting with friends, many of us have been there, sometimes multiple times. It is all a lot to feel and process. You sound really healthy and grounded in this video. May you continue to find ways to reconnect to that throughout this year.

Aww Sam, I experienced something similar at work where I felt like people assume they know more about me than myself and try to control / influence me by giving me their opinions. It made me feel bitter, unmotivated, sad and triggered. I feel you, and I can’t even imagine how hard would it be if it were daily things from strangers. I feel you. I went through a breakup too in March. I started focuses on myself and not letting anyone bash me down. I do have anxiety which gets better. I went through a few hardships during summer. I finally graduated and I got an amazing job. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
