Definitely a vararam, corsa, or lingenfelter intake, a cam, supercharger or procharger depending on how you want to drive it, and a dyno tune, or at least one of those intakes and a dyno tune if it's going to be awhile before you can get the cam and boost.
Be careful about that header rubbing the steering column, my brothers tahoe long tubes rubbed it and it snapped clean it half when driving. Luckily low speed but something to be aware of. It rubbed a bit more than yours tho

Since you guys have some access to welding equipment it even just a torch, it wouldn't be too difficult to heat up that spot by the steering column and flatten that header tube just a tiny bit.
I installed my long tune headers on my LS2, but it’s misfiring and the check engine light is flashing. I changed all the spark plug wires and spark plugs. And it does it only when I start driving the car. Anyone know why this is happening?

Did u tune ur car right after u got the exhaust installed? Cause I don’t see a check engine light and the car seems to run smoothly
tune isnt necessarily required but yes check engine came on after a few miles of driving but still drives smooth did a 2 hours road trip no issues 👌
@@ErikRose_ perfect thank you! I’m installed kooks headers and X pipe on my c6. Was just curious. I bought another ECM for tuning. When I have to smog I’m just going to swap the exhaust and ECM out.

No problem, I don’t remember exactly. But what we did is once we cut it, we bolted the separated parts back up and then measured the gap. I hope that helps.

been doing research, “spelab” gets their parts from aliexpress. they have the exact same pictures on both websites. speed engineering are more expensive but should be higher quality and shouldn’t face any fitment issues

They’re supposed to free up some power but it’s not a drastic change. And you can’t really tell without a dyno run.
Driver side header need some tweaking i wouldn’t be comfortable with it like that tbh

No you do not need to tune or program but you will have a check engine if you run no cats.
