Every Mind matters with Mikey Doak

The aim of this is trying to raise awarness around mental health in all equalities of life. This can vary from Race, Religion, beliefs, Gender or people that have suffered bad experiences In life which made them suffer with mental illness. What I’m looking to do is to try tackle this stigma involving these groups and sadly due to society, there is still going to be a percentage of deaths caused by suicide but what we look to do is to try tackle these numbers and get them down to as low as we possibly can.
