The man speaking in the beginning is Dionissis Savopoulos (the songs creator, first in 1972) as it was recorded in the 1974 version.
The singing voice first heard is Sotiría Béllou. A giant of Rebétiko genre of Music female Greek singer. Then Savvopoulos joins Béllou.

It is not in any way Marina Satti & Others. Marina Satti is paying tribute to Sotiria Bellou (who has passed away in 1997) and Dionýssis Savvópoulos, who is the creator of the song and in the song's originall (1972) version he performed it all alone.
Savvopoulos has said that Bellou begun being less hesitant to him after he was released from prison!
Being there by the then Greek Military Dictatorship (1967-1974) for, obviously, political reasons.

Bellou's voice is very low for a female singer. So you might have been confused. She is not him. She is her.

And this is the original original song. Created and performed by Dionyssis Savvopoulos all by himself.

It is Zeibékiko. One of the most famous Greek dances. You've reacted to many songs which are after Zeibékiko dance. They are called Zeibékika. I point it out to you. See for instance Konstantinos Argyrós in "Athína Mou", or Dimitris Mitropanos in "Roza".
