true, the strenght of cg is , when k isnt arround, they can still fair on their own easly. sure there is more sbs shenanigans that happen. but when push comes to shove each one of them ( core cg) can lead their squad and feel like a leader. non of them ever feel like they are powerless in a situation or question what to do.
A lot of times they dont even need to communicate that much, they all pretty much know what to do and when to do it. They flank when they should, retreat or push when they should. And it doesnt matter where they are on the map, they know the sight lines everywhere. Usually a gang is lucky to have one or two guys with that kind of experience, but CG has like 10 of them.
