Laid up Tarpon Fly

My version of this tarpon classic.
Perfect for those laid up glades tarpon.
A light fly with alot of movement that doesn't needs fast strips. a few short strips is enough to temp a poon into eating.
Materials
Hook - Gamakatsu SL12s
Thread - Danville 140
Tail - 4 saddle hackles, artic fox (Sub finn raccoon if you don't have fox)
Collar - EP foxy brush 1.5", Saddle hackle,
Body - EP tarantula brush .5" (Sub deerhair)
Eyes - Mono eyes or Beadchain
Resin - Deercreek Sculpt
