To whoever finds this: The date is March 10th, 1948 the rain beats on the windows reminding me that there truly is a god watching & pouring out his tears for the wretched lost souls who wander the streets below. Shirley and the kids are gone, I tried to save them but….those *things* tore them out of my grasp, so strong…I can still hear the echos of their screams. The radio states that the government is on the way to help, but they’ve been repeating the same broadcast for days now, and we saw the military front line fall early. It won’t be long until the power goes out shutting off the city’s grid. I know how this ends… I’m going out on my terms though, I refuse to become one of those….things. I love you Shirley, Tom & Mary. I’ll see you very soon. -Dad

I had a tussle with a couple people who thought it was funny to use the Nazi flag as their avatars. The moderator came and they said it wasn't racist, so she told me it's not racist. She's only 13. We had a big fight about it and I wrote to the 16 year old moderator. He banned them both. OOOH was I heated! Anyway, glad you're learning about actual history! Take care.

Nice change of setting. Different radios, speaking, and tone. Maybe something like a Russian Cole War or maybe like a teepee in a Native camp. The time change could lead to many, many possibilities. Castle lit by torches...

I've always said, if you want to do something new and fresh with the zombie apocalypse, you don't have to make the zombies fast. Instead just put it in a different setting/time period. 🤷🏾♂️
