Gooseberry-250gm(nellikai,Amla)
water as required
Roasted and grind:
Fenugreek seed-1/2tsp
Whole dry red chillies-4
Kashmir dry chillies-2-3
Sesame oil-3-4tbsp
mustard seed-1tsp
Asafetida powder-4-5 pinch
salt as per taste
