The piece needs better phrasing and rubato. Try this: play the melody line (the repeated Cs) without any LH or RH accompaniment. Notice how each C will be a different volume, a different energy. It will be more legato, right now it’s choppy. You will feel a natural phrasing. Once you have that, internalize that sound and try to replicate it on the instrument with all the rest of the notes.
