Great looking and sounding Restored Military vehicle . I hope it made it to the museum as he planned for . At the time they were state of the art , not fast but built to get from point A to B under a wide range of conditions. Buddy has one a 353 H1
Thank you! Excellent and no-frills vehicle, sounds like you have very cool buddy... Two years after filming, Mark did see this truck (and other he restored) make it to museum as planned. He lived maybe another 7-8 years, spending time with his pet dog and son... Very talented - Mark is missed in local hot rod community. Glad I got to record this. Appreciate your words
@@nickraypost if only I could have met him , I m sure we would have had many stories to share . Sadly I did meet a few of the greats in the historic military vehicle area , didn’t know at the time that that would be the only time . So any one like him that you can record for posterity I urge you do it , can let their memories fade with them
