Probably might need to habe put a footage of the drive into the complex, or the road access. I don't know. And probably what more did the restaurant have to offer on the property. Does it have an Open Bar attached to it? My background is Food Service and Hospitality. So the cost did not add up for me. I think 1,500 is reasonable.
