I been working in dietary going on 21 years yes you gotta be care and read their tickets make sure they get the right diets. Also they supose to be wearing hair nets
@@stanley71399 Yes you gotta memorize their diets what they eat & Cant if you cant remember just read their diet cards because its important because not everyone diets are the same. You have some Residents that cant chew
@@stanley71399 it’s three years in school here in Canada. You have to remember a lot, there is normal foods, minced and purées, there are also gluten free diets, allergies, and other special requests, it’s best to remember everything, but it pays really well, and the residents make it all worth it !!

It isn't a bad job it's freaking amazing I love it but some dietary aids/workers can be real rude and nasty in dietary kitchens
