I always think that this wood deserve to be respected. There's a lot of loss in that. Like I would just make the framing in melamine and cover the outside finishing with wood sheet instead of losing a lot of great wood for not apparent things.

Geez, that’s 22:41 not dangerous at all 😂. It looks like a James Bond movie weapon.
That looks like a lot of work for something with a lack of carving and finish at the end. Just square beams... These guys are great workers they should be careful what they do with great pieces of wood instead of making simple loss of great essences of wood at this point the struggle isn't worth the work. It's just killing trees for beam structures that look botched with some easy finish. The clash with the rest of the place that has been done with a lot of attention is strange and makes it look odd. I would not cut great trees for that result. It's disrespectful to me as a woodworker and craftsman. Still these guys knows how to work perfectly. Isn't theirs fault it's just a command they do. The owner is responsible for the result. I would give these guys more money to make a better work instead with a better design.
The woodgrain is so stunning though, I really think this really shows it to its best advantage. ❤😊❤Dona USA
