you cleared something up for me, before I moved to FL I did instacart in NY and always saw people with two phones and we wondered why and how they were always so busy. Thinking of starting up again here. That's crazy people get away with stealing that much stuff. Definitely subbed. I also daily vlog so I am definitely looking forward to more of your videos.
@@THErealBRITSofFlorida thank you so much! Yes I’ve been enlightened myself to all the sneaky stuff they are doing! It’s maddening! I’ll definitely do more videos similar to this!
Contact your representative regarding illegal delivery drivers. I actually did this a few weeks back and the representative himself called me back! They are working on legislation and need to know.
@@knitix that is a valuable piece of information that I didn’t know, thank you!!!! I will do that and pass it along to my fellow legit spark drivers lol!
This is nuts! I've had Walmart pickers manhandle my groceries, and then I got smashed stuff. I don't have delivery here because I'm in the farming area of my town. Thanks for posting this, though! 😊
I just found your channel and immediately subscribed. I don't live in your area but I've been a victim of some of what you're discussing and therefore I've gone without because of my negative experience. I really needed to have the regular delivery service but a negative experience has stopped me from ordering again. I had a delivery driver that spoke no English and I had specific directions of where I needed the order put (a specific entrance because I was recovering from surgery and injuries from an accident). I couldn't climb stairs and needed my items left at my outer garage door and not the front door up some stairs. This was a grocery order. The non english speaking driver left the order at my front door and I couldn't get to my groceries! I reported it to my local store but I'm extremely worried to place another delivery order so I ration my supplies for long stints til someone is available to help me that I know personally that lives an hour away and works full time. Absolutely crazy that I can't trust that my groceries and supplies will be delivered properly and by someone that can communicate with the customers.
@@AR-dm7ze I COMPLETELY sympathize. I have so many customers in the same situation as you, or similar, and THAT is why those of us who care about our customers lose money! This service exists in part because of people like you who NEED it! In the past, when I had Covid REALLY bad off and on for months, I ordered Instacart a handful of times. They refunded half my stuff that I needed because they were too lazy to find it. I messaged them repeatedly and they wouldn’t answer me. I got really poor service because they didn’t speak English or care. It’s asinine that they don’t vet drivers the same way W-2 employers would vet ANYONE. They are going to lose money in the end letting these people deliver!!!! I am so sorry that happened to you!
When I worked at Walmart, this was definitely something we had to look out for when a spark driver was checking out. They almost always used the self check out even if they had a huge amount of groceries and so it was difficult to check that there were no extra items in there because of how time consuming it was and how hard it was to sort through all the items.
Unfortunately we are only allowed to use the self checks, not a real person. But yes so many have gotten caught stealing! It’s crazy that people cannot do their jobs and be honest and trustworthy!
I’m not a driver or anything but I order from instacart all the time (Michigan) and many a time, the person who it says is doing my shopping and will be making the delivery is a completely different person when they show up. Is that a case where they bought the account? Now I’m nervous to have them deliver to us.
@@whomiswhowespeaktobutwhoiswhom YES that’s exactly what it is! SOMETIMES it’ll be a husband or wife delivering for the other, but more often than not, they’ve stolen or bought an account. It happens on instacart just as much as it does on Spark unfortunately! I urge people to report it to Instacart, or in the case of Spark, report it to Walmart or call the Spark support line!
I can't believe the manager allowed items going out of the store when he looked at the receipt and its not on there! makes no sense! I prefer to go do store pickup but wont have it delivered. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

No offense but that seat belt alarm is annoying and I thought something was going wrong with my car as I'm driving trying to listen to this
This explains why I am always missing a few items from my groceries each week.
