I swear, Monster Hunter has amazing sound design with its hit noises. The clang sound for dealing stun damage, the cracking of a monster part breaking, even the little noises for when you're in critical distance when using a bowgun...it's all so visceral and rewarding. This exemplifies that.
well said - I believe it is these compound little features and aspects of the game that present such an incredibly engaing experience :) I do hope they will continue to capture this feeling for upcoming games as well!

I just started MHGU, how come my Aerial Hammer doesn't hit twice in the air as yours does? Also using Adept Hammer, on its 3rd charge I don't do a swinging hammer slam either?
To do the double hit you need to press the a - button not the x-button :) , i would recommend to watch gaijin hunters weapon class tutorials if you are looking into a new weapon class. he did a very good job at showing the most important controls for each of them. --> this one is for the hammer check it out ^^ th-cam.com/video/31FlW5PsSvo/w-d-xo.html
Aerial ist vermutlich mein unbeliebtester Style, aber schön den mal richtig in Aktion zu erleben! Hast du so etwas wie eine schlimmste Waffen-Style-Combo?
schwer zu sagen, gibt definitv einige sehr unpassende combos für waffenklassen. generell find ich alchemy style für sehr viele waffen nicht sehr passend. hab's ehrlich gesagt bisher noch nie ernsthaft verwendet :'D
yulius tjhang it depends on what you are hunting. usually i would say only use repeat offender on hammer in valor style, but for this hunt i was able to jump and attack shogun continuously most of the time so i had access to the 30% of repeat offender pretty much all the time. if you feel though that due to the way the hunt goes and you have longer gaps between the times you can attack and have to wait, then i’d say crit eye 2 may be the more consistent choice 😁

Adept long sword I'd have to check out and see if there is still a decent match up for it. High rank Lagiacrus used to be good to do with adept ls, but in g-rank valor style outclasses it.

The double aerial hit is done with A button, and some tips, you need to press it earlier bcs theres some delay to those attack
