Yeah, I find it pretty common that a gold can roll in a 1v1 but suck in an actual game
There's literally no way to confirm that people are the rank they say they are. I'm a 4k dps and i could just jump on a plat account and claim I'm plat lol

There is a magic spot in skill where you can play good enough while someone better can't ready you.
Sometimes rank is just pairing up with bad teammates or just unlucky games, and you're just stuck there :(

Ofc he doesn't... He had a idea for a video, a premise for a video, he told us that premise in the beginning, and that includes showcasing a player from each rank, and that ofc will include whatever good they might do.. Otherwise people would quickly catch up, and call him out on that.
Not saying he does it so he can avoid being untrue to the title or the purpose of the video, i'm just saying that you think to much into it.
He's made a career out of flexing on people in a lower rank than him though lol. 90% of his content is him fragging on lower ranked people and being smug. I guess he's not as much of a toxic prick as Samito though.
Each rank gets marginally better and it's cool to see how you adapt

Anyone else think that the golden scorpion hair stands out more than other skins?
The black lily skin and noire skin as well. The heads are much easier to hit imo.
There have been a few videos about skins affecting game play that were pretty interesting. Some skins show your name tag behind boxes while others don't, and things like the rein skin with the glowing head draw in people's aim. The hitboxes are the same, but it's like painting a bullseye.

Man. Being a plat widow, hanzo and ashe main is good, but I wouldn't be where I am without watching you videos and playstyle. I would love to 1v1 you but I'm on console so I can't but these really help me climb ranks
Oh and yes there’s a difference between a plat comp widow player and a plat widow FFA player because the FFA widow depend on himself in a way to get pics and a plat widow comp player has more of a with the team type of play style

Players in the appropriate ranks usually act differently because teams that they're on and against react differently to Widowmakers. The players using the Widowmaker character usually have to contend with a lot, and how they play can be a gauge for how overall play is in those ranks.
one basic tip for anyone wanting to play widow especially in widow ffas/1v1s:
*DO NOT JUMP*
only crouch.

This was really interesting to watch, as someone who is legit bronze dps and wants to get better (specifically with Widow) this was really educational to watch with the commentary, 1 question tho (for anyone that can answer) what is a good sens/dpi to have on Widow?
sens doesnt matter, what you are comfortable with, you need to build muscle memory
Sens/dpi matters a fair bit if you want to improve lmao. If you aren't comfortable with whatever sens you're using, try experimenting with a new one (:
If you use a high dpi, use a low sens. For widow scoped sens i recommend using 38 or 40.
I'm a bronze/silver widow main that hardly ever plays comp people always assume im high rank lmfao - play a lot of widow ffa/4v4 and you'll improve and its a good way to experiment in sens/dpi (:
crosshair placement alone can get you from bronze to at least gold- understanding where you should be aiming prior to the target actually being in your crosshair makes a big difference

Ive played from bronze to master rank in OW and I feel like the big change rising up isn't in aim but game sense and planning. The higher you go, the more players think about their surrondings, awareness, critical thinking etc. If you sat a high elo and low elo player down and told them both to snipe targets without having to worry about anything else, I don't think the difference would be very high tbh.
