- The UK high street chain Pret a Manger is cutting 2,800 jobs as it restructures the business to cope with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The coffee and sandwich chain says it has seen clear signs of recovery since lockdown was eased but trade is still down around 60% on last year. Katy Austin reports.

What a load of crap. They are in prime locations, often next to Sainsbury's or Tesco's. Considering they are predominantly in London, it sounds weird to hear there's no other choices. That just isn't true.

easy way to clear the chaff from the staff. the unproductives, the always lates, the customer contact nightmares, cleave down to a Very Professional Staff to reinvigorate the PRET brand, maybe it will be a nice place to go again.
