I have a lot of fun riding mine, thanks you for the advice on the exhaust I shall be trying that out and checking the difference. Oh you didn't take it down a green lane that is where this bike feels it's best.
Hi the colour is called Titanium not gun metal grey, the exhaust is stainless steel not aluminium, removing some the plates on the silencer will restrict it further as you would be reducing the room for exhaust gases to escape, spacing the plates out with some stainless steel washers between the plates will help the gasses to escape easier
Been looking at your vids for a while now and decided to bite the Bullit and look into getting one, now called Bluroc. The insurance for a 125cc for a 55 year old, nil convictions, nil claims, zero NCB based on value £2700, did Lexham, cheapest £1100 😂 on other sites…cheapest £680 with £500 voluntary and compulsory excess. 😂 This has put me right off getting a bike now, dropping down to a 50cc…. £620 😂. I give up, really do, even on AJS, Mutt quotes ….it’s ridiculous! Such a shame as I’d like to progress to a much bigger bike after getting full bike lic but that’s going to cost a fair whack too. I have 2 performance cars on a multi policy and it’s less than a grand per annum 😂 A real shame as I wanted a 125 to play around with in London but it’s not going to happen now.😢
@@Ridingreviews Funnily enough since I went through all the online sites, the phone calls are coming in lol. Just had Bikesure call me up to get the online price down but nobody can get it lower than £500 unfortunately. I’ll wait until I move out of London, probably safer too on the roads and a damn sight cheaper ! I was actually looking at the route from your place back to London to avoid motorways hoping I’d pick one up from you! Oh well…. I’ll keep salivating at your vids until it gets warmer and probably do an impulse purchase 👍
I've just seen one for sale locally which took me to this video and I have to say Its swayed me towards the bike more than a sports bike. Will just need to sort the exhaust out
Looking into buy a second hand one of these. With regards to swapping the tyres, I had a look on oponeo and due to the tyre size in the manual it's pretty much all off road tyres. The gulf however, has a pair of regular road tyres and the wheel appears to be the same. Would I be able to use the tyre sizes from the gulf on the titanium?
The gulf ones will fit they are better as they are Michelin tyres therw are defanatly road tyres we fitted them im not shore of the top of my head which ones i will find out
@@Ridingreviews Thanks for getting back to me. Looking at the images on the bullit site it seems like the gulf has off road inclined tyres too. Any idea if the hunt wheels are the same? They have a different tyre size given and there's more road tyre options but not sure if it's the same size wheel. Thanks again
@@RipleyintheDarkRoom i will fund out today what size they are so you can get road tyres on and yes the gulf ones are of road tyres but they are Michelin so they are softer therefore have better grip

Sadly, in london, they charge stupid amounts. You can try bikesure who are ushally the best, but it will still be high in london

Is there a 250 cc version planned? I tried this model, the 125 cc... hmm... With a 250 cc engine, it would be so much better of a ride.
I heard roomers about a 400cc but not a 250cc
Riding reviews rumours*

Hi I like these bikes. Will you be testing the hero 50 ?
I would like to I'm trying to get my boss to get one but he thinks they won't sell at £2300
Why would you buy a Scrambler and fit road tyres?????
because road tyres have better grip we have done this to several different bikes it makes the ride a lot nicer
Im talking about the exhaust
