You guys know what would be awsome, a completionist build like this for Oblivion. A always wanted to play Skyrim like this but could never create an engaging, evolving character to roleplay. Now I finally can make an ultimate Skyrim playthrough!
I AM OBSESSED WITH THISSS!!! I'm about to start a new save right now to play this character. I've never encountered a completionist build with a roleplay as well thought out as this one, and it's far and away the most impressive build period I've ever seen! Thank you as always for sharing your ideas with us!
Yeah this build is sick. My characters usually turn into whatever i feel like playing and then making some half assed roleplay explanation for why my friendly neighborhood dragonborn is suddenly joining the dark brotherhood. I love this build they made its perfect for me
What strikes me the most about this build is how it brilliantly deals with the hardest thing to roleplay in Skyrim: the evolution of characters throughout not just the various in-game plots, but their personal stories too.
Not gonna lie, the most fun I ever had with Skyrim was when I just played the vanilla game instead of worrying about mods and hours upon hours of bug fixing that comes with large mod list.
@@Skypothesis Thumbnails are honestly one of the most important parts of a video in my opinion. I wouldn't have found this channel of the Ghost of Atmora and Sunfire Herald didn't have fantastic thumbnails.

This...This is the Ultimate Completion Character! I believe this will be the character that will embark on my Realism playthrough (No HUD, Expert/Legendary, Survival) along with being modded by Imperious, Growl, Wintersun, Summermyst, Sacrosanct, Apocalypse and, Ordinator
I dont think you guys know how much your videos help after a long day of finals. Nothing like going home, turning on my switch, pausing my current playthrough to start another awesome creation yall have made!
As always, I enjoyed the backstory and lore. It was neat seeing the story start in Bruma. I like the dynamic aspect of this character, following him from his birth and young adulthood in Bruma and into his adulthood in Skyrim. I liked seeing his story progression and character development. I love how the special moves were learned from previous characters in the Skypothesis universe. I think my favorite aspect of your builds is your attitude, which is how I approach my own character creation: “The game doesn't give us very much to go on but that means more room for interpretation.” Thank you for another great season and I look forward to the next! ❤
Been watching the channel nearly from the beginning and not gonna lie, seeing special moves from past characters make an appearance got me a bit emotional. Great work guys, can't wait to see whats coming next.
This is my favorite channel, by far. It's just so good. Yall have amazing story telling skills. Absolutely wonderful. I've had so many good ideas because of yall now. I made a rogue Dark Elf swordsman, using yalls Redoran Swordmaster as inspiration. Before this channel, I only ever made variants on Nord characters, now I've broken out and made many interesting characters I would never have played before. I've made orc warrior poets, a Breton youth who joined the Vigilants to prove his worth, a Wood Elf Thalmor Agent.
Nice one guys! Always good to see Konhariik get used, such an under-utilised mask. Really enjoyed listening to all of your tie in’s to the characters from your channel too 😁
I had a similar build. I did the king that Ulfric Stormcloak shouted to death. I role-played that the shout didn't kill him but rather sent him through a time loop that aged him and dropped him on the road where the imperials picked him up. It ended with him being tempted by power in becoming a dragon priest.
Awesome build guys! Loved how the backstory tied in with the Rebel, another one of my favorite builds you’ve made. I’ve always liked Nord builds the best. Playing as a Nord in Skyrim just feels right, and when role playing a character, allows you to feel a deep connection to the land and it’s people.
As someone who loves the dragon priest lore along with having a konahrik tattoo, I love this build Also loving the addition of your past builds abilities
THIS is pure Awesomeness! I am stoked for the Anniversary Edition builds & stories! I love all of these & I love how they all connect to each other! Great job, keep up the great work! ;-)
You could try something like how I did, I started out being a sneaky build, and went for most of the evil quests (mostly to collect all daedra artifacts) then roleplay it as my character being desperate for power and tired of feeling week. Then overtime my characters learns more about all the dragon priests and powerful figures that eventually fall or be betrayed by their patrons no matter how powerful they are, and decides that they would instead try to break the chain and be the ninth priest that tries to protect and befriend as many people as he could, and rely on himself and his companions rather than the powers of artifacts and morally ambiguous beings. I put off the main quest quite a long time and went around doing as much of the forced evil side quests and evil factions as much as I could before continuing with the main quest and other faction/side quests since they are the perfect roleplay ways to head cannon my character coming to a realization and go down the path of redemption and atone for past sins
tryin out this build recently, for all of you AE players if you want to slightly upgrade your armor during phase 1, the leather scout helmet, boots and bracers fit amazingly well with the stormcloak cuirass and provide more defense than their fur counterparts and torturer's hood
Well, that was a lot to take in. 🙂 I noted before that the Swordmaster's backstory created the potential for what turned out to be the Dawn Knight. But really it's a testament to how well you two have narratively populated Skyrim -- that potential for a character to play off others is _always_ there. Here, I love the connection to the Redmanes (or Red-Manes?), and the simple catalyst that provides for Konahrik to travel to Skyrim. It's a great way to establish a completionist playthrough, and you also kept things tied together well through the whole progression. I love that you put together Pieces of the Past, the Stormcloaks, and the Brotherhood. It's cool to see the Bound Battleaxe get its time to shine, too. I'd be interested to see more of the multi-phase approach for future builds (though not every time since it takes more work).
This video is like a movie, honestly my new favourite build. Definitely gonna play through this in full. Cant wait to see how u weave this beast into s6 lore!
Probably my favorite. Been playing Skyrim for a long time and this is a sick approach to a character like this. I’m one of the few who enjoyed your path of exile video and maybe you guys could make a mini series of builds/league starters. Not sure why y’all have been gone for such a while but hope y’all are doing well. Maybe another season of Skyrim builds or a new series of startfield builds? Either way I’m definitely anticipating y’all’s return.
LOVE builds that take on names from the lore, like our good lad Konahrik here! Ever thought of doing a build that was a reincarnation of Ahzidal, or perhaps Vahlok the jailor?
I THOUGHT THERE WAS ONLY 5 THIS SEASON HAPPY HAPPY FRIDAY! Edit: That was an awesome build! For a long time I've tried to make a character that could roleplay each faction but always have a hiccup. You guys hit the nail on the head, as usual! Excellent work, gents!
Thanks. Some interesting ideas here. I have been thinking of a build myself which is of a Nord warrior on finding out that he is Dragonborn decides to rid the world of all the Dragon Priests remains and then take on Miraak and Alduin. So your build has given me some ideas.
Skypothesis, this is really some next-level build. The creativity in this is insane. I was deep into the Shroud of Coldharbour build and started another build for the Desert Wind Exile. Dam you guys, now I have to start this one too 😅 By the way, I like your narrative tone better too in this video compared to your previous ones. Can't wait for your next vid, appreciate all your hard work !
Yooo! This kind of story telling that you're making is amazing! I love how you're giving your builds character archs, it really adds another level to role-playing. I can't wait to see what you guys do next. Hope you have a merry Christmas and a happy new year!
I like this. It's how I played my completionist playthroughs. Only instead of wearing Emperor's Robes I donned General Tulius Armor instead. It fits really well with Konahriik. Boots and Gauntlets would be Golden Saint to fit the gilded aesthetic while it all being heavy armor.
Very enjoyable, guys! Well done. Such a smooth compilation. I really enjoy the way you made all factions a part of his story. Dynamic character for real. Loved it!
this video it's completly amazing and insane! Skyrim it's my favorite game of my life, and after watching this video, the flame of wanting to do new things in the game, try different builds and experience the experience of playing Skyrim, was rekindled again. Thank you for this video, I send you greetings from Brazil, keep up the incredible work!
This is such an awesome build! I myself play a more neutral Konahrik, replacing the Dark Brotherhood questline with gathering the remaining shouts, doing side quests, and completing the mod Konahrik's Accountrements.
Best character build video on youtube. perfect balance of lore and actual build info. I have made slight alternations to race, armor and skill points to fit me better cause i'm not big on roleplay but overall very good video
For the next season I think there is a good template in this character. Which is roughly outlining the "phases" of a character. Often while playing this builds I kind of get lost like when should I get gear, what should I level first. When should I be doing various quest lines ect. While it's nice to have freedom it's also nice to have a rough outline for characters timeline to better organize what I'm doing and need to do so I don't get lost building a house and going on merchant loop runs for hours on end and forgetting to actually play the game and kit my character lol
Love all your videos, currently playing this character but with twist as I’m playing on legendary so he needs better armor and will be master alchemist. Good work. Hope to see more vids I think I’ve seen them all and played a lot of them. Just can’t tear my self away from this game I love it. Thank you for all your hard work
At some point somebody is going to make Skyrim: Skypothesis Edition, and it will contain every character created and even have the same story lines from the backstorys
Hi Skyphothesis! Thank you for the vanilla skyrim builds! I'm kinda stuck with SE and maybe will for a very long time since I'm 15 and don't have a job yet. Many Skyrim creators migrate to AE and you'll probably do so as well; but nonetheless, I am greatful for the builds and please, keep doing what youre doing with the high quality videos. Much love. :))
I love the completionist angle! I’d love to see more builds with this style, because I usually try to make my builds with “how can I do X faction on this?” in mind.
Awesome! I've often thought about the limits of kitting out a character early on and have experienced that plateau feeling you describe. Its cool to see your take on a character's evolving aesthetic/playstyle/identity. It all blends together so seamlessly. This was a real treat. Also I don't know if you've seen the anime 'Monster,' but now I'm imagining a build similar to Dr Tenma, but as your Bruma courtmage. Alerted of Konharik's descent, regretful of letting his existence continue, and now trying to trace his steps, and relieve the chaos Konharik's sewn.
Awesome stuff! This reminds me of the Universalist from Kingdoms of Amalur/Re-Reckoning a bit and would be cool to play that type of character in Skyrim. Keep up the great work guys!!
Would love to see a bounty hunter type build for the Anniversary stuff! Someone hunting down the Crimson Dirks, flexible role play where you can justify most if not all quests as long as they lead you to clues on the Dirks. Looking forward to whatever you have planned though!
What a season finale. The light callbacks, the footage for visuals on another level, the phases shift up each look so well. I can see why it was worth the delay (plus for your health too. Glad you seem okay now) Definitely a top tier build in the series. I'll stay tuned. I habitually rambled about my own inspirations in characters like I do sometimes since I saw some similarities so if you want to read on, go ahead. Shares some similarities with an idea of mine too. My idea will also have phases but less drastic as currently my only kinda dynamic idea. I'll also have a rebel soldier, proud Dragonborn, Companions to Thieves Guild transition but my inspiration comes from elsewhere. The phases for mine are more simplistic starting from steel armour like a tough mercenary to riches in fine clothes. After realising Skyrim had all of: Underground crime (involving money collection), dragon symbolic protagonist, kinda plausible unarmed fighting, I had to think of how a Yakuza style would work (taken from the game series known as Yakuza but this idea sounds more loyal to itself and interesting when the creation is like a bad guy/villain from it). Without enchanting, I can combine fists of steel with brawlers steel gauntlets from creation club to have something asap for a human. The inspiration gives purpose to dragon shouts on top of it for a Skyrim twist. Some Yakuza in media can call themselves like a mad dog or wolf and the beast blood can breathe some life into that idea too. As a faction whose goal is money and fighting, it feels relevant and natural to give him that power. Some growth could also show his human side as he tackles the Dawnguard seeing vampires as a threat to his new criminal enterprise that aims to challenge Maven Black-Briar after taking over from Mercer Fray. Miraak's "there can only be one Dragonborn" is taken as intended. As a personal attack and will be a highlight in his story as this last Dragonborn will feel somewhat similarly. Miraak is like his real story antagonist in a way.
When are you guys gonna come out with some more builds! These are so cool I have a really cool build I’ve been working on I would like to share with ya that I feel you guys could perfect.
@@Skypothesis Yeah, that makes complete sense. I'm usually 95% "done" with a character once I attain the necessary skills, equip, etc. So the journey there needs to be enjoyable too. Love your channel, btw!
You guys should do an insect build, the heavy falmer armor with the shellbug helmet, don’t have to do the full heavy falmer armor if that looks too generic, I’m sure you could figure it out though. Also you should somehow find a way to use the regular falmer helmet for a different build, as it is a very underused and unique piece of equipment.
If you do enjoy limited modding, this build is great for the “Special Perks from Questing” mod. It grants some relatively well balanced and not game breaking boons for completing all major questlines and a few other misc quests. It’s also on all consoles! Great not just for this but most playthroughs, especially if you’re like me and don’t go too crazy with mods
Felt like the witchkiller had a bit of dynamic to the playthrough as the character starts off as a regular man with a call to action. Loved roleplaying that character as learning through every encounter he has with a baddy. That said, I'm very excited to try this build out. I've been wanting to find a character where it felt right to do a completionist build, and this just fits so perfectly.
Things you guys could do is Stalhrim, especially the very strong enchantment combo of having chaos damage and frost damage on any Stalhrim weapon. The enchanting perks that buff frost, fire and shock enchants and the destruction perks that yet again buff those three elements and stalhrim weapons buff the damage of the enchants because of the frost damage(I think the warhammer or mace would work best). I also do not believe you have used the masque of clavicus vile

Always wanted to play as a Konahriik build, Merry Christmas Skypothesis
Love that you went with a completionist! I cant wait for yall to do a Survivalist now that we're moving back to AE
Bards will sing about this build for ages to come.
That was a really good introduction to the character, it explains why his skills are low and has a believable backstory.
When are you guys gonna come out with some more builds! These are so cool I have a really cool build I’ve been working on I would like to share with ya that I feel you guys could perfect.
A new build to try 😀
Very good build, dynamic characters are the best. And this would be even more PHENOMENAL with a few good mods!
I'm glad I just found a channel that understands that builds don't "start" at level 50+ with multiple skills at 100.
Hahaha for real. We usually even make level 40 our goal, level 50 for this guy because he’s a completionist
Does the character join the Volkihar vampires or the dawn guard
If you do enjoy limited modding, this build is great for the “Special Perks from Questing” mod. It grants some relatively well balanced and not game breaking boons for completing all major questlines and a few other misc quests. It’s also on all consoles! Great not just for this but most playthroughs, especially if you’re like me and don’t go too crazy with mods
I cannot wait for the channel's next build! Especially for a new Argonian build :D !!!
