Throughout all the years, throughout all of the turmoil, drugs, emotions, heartbreak, Fleetwood Mac was able to put aside their personal issues and focus as a group on the band’s incredible music! Their music came first. So now, for them to just oust Lindsey Buckingham over something so trivial (they thought he “smirked” as Stevie gave an acceptance speech?) seems quite spiteful! They keep giving trivial excuses, none of which seem to carry any weight or validity. Stevie was quoted to say that she never wanted to perform on stage with Lindsey again! Really?? After everything they’ve gone through all these years, she suddenly can no longer perform beside him? Sounds very selfish. I’m a huge fan of FM since Rumours was released in ‘77, and I adore Stevie. But, I think the sudden firing of Lindsey was a total selfish, egotistical decision.

I wondered if he made a remark about her not a family and he does. He said she might be jealous because he finally found his soul mate and has 3 children, in an interview after he was fired. They should all make up, they're 70 plus yes old. He's had a heart attack also. I'm really mad at Stevie and they have broken the chain this time..

Fans posted on Tik Tok, he was seen with Stevie at her Nashville concert in May 23’ and again in Nashville, during the time of the Buckingham/Nicks anniversary. There’s also a clip from one of her concerts the first week of October, her speaking to “George” off stage, and that “Gracie was still here”. That was the nicknames Nicks gave the couple during one of their tours. A lot we don’t know but wouldn’t be surprised if they aren’t working on something…in a couple ways 😉
The Dance is one of the best concerts ever! They were definitely at their prime here! And Buckingham is such a talented singer and guitarist! And an always a handsome man!
Seeing these clips of the dance makes me remind myself that I should watch my the dance dvd sometime soon. It's sooo good! Still so thankful to have grwon up listening to the cd throughout my childhood.
If you watch Buckingham when playing Bleed To Love Her, and both him and Stevie when playing Landslide it's obvious that these two people are still in love with each other more than any two people in history...and the only people who don't know it are themselves!
You are exactly right! Those song's are about him on the Say You Will Album. She told him they were about their life and relationship from the past. He was pleased. Documentary about the making of that album is on Utube. They get filmed while hugging and secretly talking. I heard that they were getting back together in The 97 Dance Tour when his gf/wife announced her pregnancy. Lindsey wasn't married during that tour. They look and touch each other so sweet. He lay's his head on her arm and holds her hand going on stage. They both are controlling and he is a perfectionist too. They clash too much I guess. They used to fight and carry on all of the time. When he would have a GF she tried to beat her up and run her off. He choked her once outside of Mick's house. Listen to the word's of the song's in Say You Will. @36midnight my dad owns the cd. thanks to him I got familar with FM. From an early age I heard these songs. But it wasn't untill this year or perhaps last yeard that I really started loving them a lot. Now I own the dvd, and the cd is in my room most of the time as well :P
