The champs you listed weren't even meta lol. They're comfort picks. Sejuani plays safe and every jungler is comfortable with it. Gnar is a one trick champ, so players have comfort too. They've never been meta in the OP sense. You see it because they work good against/with some comps. Gnar vs renekton/ksante or sejuani with Yone ashe for example

@@colin5197 If LCK has taught me anything its that there is a clear divide between the top 5 and bottom 5 teams. By going second you get 3 top 5 teams so less deadweight racking up losses for your group.

Secondly, if there are only 5 good teams, then by going first, you should be able to get 3 of the 5. And lck generally has 3 tiers. The fighting for titles tier, generally 2-3 teams, sometimes 4. The dogwater teams, usually bottom 2 or 3. And the rest in the middle fighting to make playoffs so they can get eliminated in the first round.
