The entertainment industry has done a good job of painting a picture of *being alone means being lonely*’ Being alone is a part of life. But being lonely means viewing yourself from the lens of sympathy and misery. Thanks TEDx and Sunanda Ma'am ❤❤

That's so well articulated. Thank you for seeing the other side of being with yourself as a source of power and not weakness.

Loneliness is indeed a prevalent issue in today's society, affecting a significant portion of the population. It's great that you've chosen to address this topic in your Tedx talk. Very impressive 👏👏

People don't know what loneliness is unless they go through. Those who are going through loneliness stay strong.

Having a sense of small purpose
Having people who boost your confidence
    Three meanings of I
What meets more than I ( me as an individual ) = my contribution
Second I = interest ( reading about different things and people and getting inspired)
Third I = Intention ( to do better things)
Encouragement from home and being in good company
Permission slips ( giving myself permission for spending more time with myself)

Pertinent and effectively put across. The person you see who is by oneself ( a loner) isn't lonely necessarily and the one who really is lonely could be the one who is surrounded by people mostly 😊. Thanks for sharing ..looking forward to more of these 😊

Wow!! What an insightful talk. I loved how well researched and apt it is . The 3I you shared is actually a very good way to work on overcoming loneliness. The best company is indeed of oneself and if one is not enjoying that its a problem… in the validation seeking world being confident about oneself is a great survival tool…

Excellent presentation on a topic of great relevance in today's turbulent context. Your references to neuroscience and study of individual behaviours adds great credibility. The 3-I framework is a great takeaway for the viewers and helps to maintain one's sanity in today's world made complex with technology tools that sometimes appear counter-intuitive with their stated objective. Kudos and compliments for your effort!!

Agree. And hence, the idea is to help identify if we are our best selves and most productive to society by being alone or if it's a medium to run away from reality.
