I remember when this happened. It seems like yesterday. It was when the Olympics was here in Georgia. I remember seeing this episode at the hospital when Memow had a massive heart attack. RIP Tyler Christopher! Loved him as Nikolas!😢
I choose to ignore Ethan paternity deal because it destroyed many veteran characters in the process..(Although I did like Nathan Parsons and the character.) Another Guza JFP middle finger to the long time audience. Notice they never refer to him in the current writing. Luke would never betray his wedding vowels to Laura with Holly Sutton. Holly and Laura became good friends once Holly was happy with Robert. As did Anna and Holly by the end of Aztec Treasure. However around 2009 TPTB wanted to destroy all that along with how they treated AJ Quartermaine at the hands of Sonny,Carly and Jason. The story should have always been Ethan was Robert and Holly's child and he was born during the time Holly was presumed dead in a plane crash in 1987 and Ethan came to town to find the truth. Once he did Luke became a father figure to him due to his long friendship with Scropio. It was the right way to go IMO.
Holy cow all you people who are upset with Lucky. He was the only child for the longest time. He was the center of Luke and Laura’s life. He is 14 years old. Teenagers are irrational, moody, and they think life revolves around them. I guess none of you were that kind of Teen?? When it comes to accepting Ethan quicker... he was much older, he grew up, he went through so much with Elizabethan and everyone else In his life, life changes you, he changed, that was why it was easier for Ethan to enter into his life. I think that Jonathan Jackson’s acting is on point here just as Tyler Christopher’s and Tony Geary’s is. They are brilliant. I miss these deeper storylines. I’m so annoyed by the storylines we have today.
Yes, all well acted. It's one thing to be upset and angry. But rude and disrespectful is another. No, many of us were not that kind of teen. We were taught better.
@@maureenlaneski2802 - I don't know. Luke and Laura spent an awful lot of time just letting his behavior go, explaining it away as his being rightfully upset. Rightfully or not, I certainly would have gotten a rebuke for such behavior if not outright punishment.
@@GaelinW You know, as I posted this, I remembered Luke telling Lucky that he knew how to be a dad by just responding to what Lucky told him or showed him he needed. This is from memory from basically when they returned to PC. They should've stayed in their perfect family hideaway.
Lucky deserved to be slapped. He was such an entitled and disrespectful little boy. What happened before you were born is not your damn busy. She was kidnapped and held prisoner. She wasn't on vacation. Get over it.
At least Luke has sense enough to discipline the brat. He needed a belt on his behind. Audrey talking about her identity, etc- that's ridiculous. Those feelings don't come til way later for a widow. I hate this part.
Loved scenes with Luke and Lucky. Two amazing actors. They fed off each other

It nice to see these old reruns i dont watch g h any more it has changed so much .
It is so sad that they wrote out so many long serving vet actors on this show to focus on Sonny, Carly, and Jason and their circle smh.
aiden877 agree. I can’t believe how horrible this gh has become
Nikolas still there
@@chrisgreatness6953 not the real Nicholas...
@@LifewithKat2002 damn smh
@@chrisgreatness6953 Tyler Christopher is on DOOL, now.
What a brat Lucky is being right now! He accepted Ethan a lot quicker than this!

Luke's reaction to blaming Nikolas who was also a teen at the time was even more annoying. Though, I agree all acted very well in these scenes.

GH at its best
Lynn Herring still looks amazing 24 years later
No she doesn’t
Lynn looks fantastic ❤

Well Laura lied to him. and never told him that she had a baby before him and that Nicholas is his brother
I agree
What’s funny is that your all acting like this is real ppl. It’s a soap opera
Ladywolf 2263 Thank you for the bulletin from the department of the obvious. We all know it’s not real 🙄

I really dislike Lucky here. He is blaming his mother for something she had no control over. Selfish and self centered.
is this when nicholas first arrived to port charles?
Yup!
Lucky was such a $h!t to his mom! I never forgave how he talked to her when he learned about the rape.
Lucky has hero envy. Jealousy is ugly, It's not about you cowboy.

L&L treated Lucky like an adult most of his life... Now, we see the child that has always been there & we’re shocked.
Luke should of just let Lucky leave instead of holding onto him like he was a baby.
