- In this video, I have shared a real life case of an International Student from India who applied PGWP at border and was refused and was given deportation orders as per the border officer.
The Student filed a Judicial Review of this and his application got dismissed.

She mentioned he got his official transcripts on 20th September. He went to the border later. Still it's unclear for me whether we're allowed to work until we get an official completion letter or not. I'd appreciate it if anyone could clear my doubt please.

Currently I am on official study Break . I want to know as a International Student I am eligible to do one job of 40 hours with one employer along with it one part time job of 17 to 20 hours with another employer in a week total working hours would be 55 to 60 hours during the scheduled study Break provided by the college before 15 November or it would have effect bad effect on chances of getting the work permit.
Yup there is no set limit of hours if you’re on your scheduled breaks.
I got my Visa within 20min through Flagpole. You will get the visa within 30min if you don't have any issues.

I applied for my study permit extension on november 12,2022 and my study permit expired on december 31st 2022. Now should i go to birder to get my stidy permit or not bcoz I don’t have valid status in canada or will they deport me? Student visa means you come to Canada to study, graduate and go home to your home country. That’s what it is.

Hey Ankita yes you can.
My first study permit expired in December 2021 and I got my extension in March 2022. I was still in Canada and also worked during this period.

I am an international student and have got hired for a government job because I could work 40 hours till Dec 31, 2023.
Now my employer wants my PGWP on or before Dec 31, 2023.
My final semester exam result will be declared on Dec 22, 2023 and due to holiday season my university will give me the program completion letter and official transcript around Jan 10, 2024.
Can you please advise anything in this situation??
P.S - I have got my study permit extended until Aug 2024 even though I am graduating in Dec 2023

@@abrarsarwari2791 apply for PGWP as soon as you get your result, just download your transcript from university website upload it while applying for PGWP ,in place of completion letter upload a letter explaining the whole situation to the officer and inform him that you gonna upload the completion letter when you get it.
Also upload the job offer letter, pay stubs in the additional document section.
But I am not sure if after applying for PGWP without completion letter you can continue work or not.

Hello there! Great video! Can I still do Flagpoling from the border (I'm currently at Toronto), while all of my documents expired (my visitor visa [expired in 2021 lol], my study/work permit [expired July 30], even my WP-EXT letter [till on Oct 23rd] ), is it super risky that I won’t be able to re-enter Canada and do the Flagpoling?
Also, if I leave Canada and go to the US for a few days, by the time when I come back, can I still do Flagpoling when I returned via international flight?

Ma'am I got aa rejection pgwp reason they give I can not complete my study but I completed and I have aa masters degree and I don't know not doing job by completing degree. What are the chances they give me aa pgwp and they give me aa 60 days to leave aa Canada what can I do next pls ma'am telling me,and they give me aa answer after 4 to 5 months after I applied an pgwp during these I go for aa flagpoling there they say we can't give you bcz you don't have any emargency

2. Now, the course will finish on 19.August and till 1 sep I will be graded. Which is also.memtion on the college offer letter.

@@harrysoni6001 first i applied for study extension when i was still on valid study permit, then after that i applied for pgwp,so basically 2 of my files are with them at same time, now i got my study permit extension, still they have my pgwp file
