So happy to see the bell ringing! What a great episode. Those fish tacos looked excellent. Back in the 70's and 80's I did a lot of bike touring in the states. I had one of those therm-a-rest sleeping pads like you had in the vid. I still sleep on the dang thing, prefer it over a mattress. About the only catch and cook the Morning Tide guys did was a Coral Trout. Easily the prettiest fillets I have ever seen. Wouldn't mind seeing a vid of you cooking the one up you kept at your homestead.
I think you stumbled on a gem of an idea there. A countdown of all the islands and what their like. Starting at number 74 fish it, eat what you catch off it etc. Years worth of fabulous unique content.

Also good reaction shutting the gas cylinder off that quick! I'm a fire fighter so yeah I've seen how quickly that can turn into a disaster.. A few more seconds would have cost you a alot more than a new hose.. Good job and safety first!
Totally, I know cooking like this is a bit risky, but I will endeavour to make it as safe as possible and show others how to do it safely. This was a wake up call for me.
Okay I will be tuned in and yes those tacos looked very delicious I caught me a 23.5 grass carp yesterday at the river still trying to figure out how I'm going to cook him so many recipes can't choose a good one now I'm really thinking about doing the tacos with it as well I have enough to last me for a month when I am out fishing I'm watching your videos they help the fishing go by faster you enjoy it a little more when watching someone else fishing as well
Yes I did just that I have a month's worth now and it's good eating can you try to get one and tell me if you like it as well if it's ok with you it would be very cool if you did a video so I can copy yours way of cooking it just something new to do
@@harlandvaught1177 if you have the ability smoke it. I think you'll find it extremely good that way. Kind of an oily strong flavored fish and that's so good cooked other ways but pretty damn good smoked

Couple of excellent table trout on day two there. Looks like good ground for painted crays too. Nothing better than getting up with the sun, jumping over the side and snatching a couple of crays for breakfast.

tbh I love the fact that you stick to your style and dont do that fancy editing stuff or overhyped reactions other channels try to make a standard for fishing channels etc, your style is nice and lighthearted which actually helps me relax and calm down after a stressful day, stay the way you are!

I'd cut the fillets quite thin, that way you get more crunch and flavour.
